it wasn't me. someone else came up with that idea a couple of years ago and it was here. i just don't remember who. if anyone finds the first post, put a link up here. i've spent hours trying to get those stuck cases out. it's no fun!!!

you reach in from underneath and expand the base, then tap out everything from the outside.
I would have never thought of using a concrete anchor for this Alan.
