Title: Sealine 300hw
Post by: jigmaster501 on March 04, 2023, 12:20:10 AM
Got a Sealine 300HW at a show the past week. 40 bucks.

It has a stainless spool. Great shape.

I guess this is for trolling.

Didn't open it yet. Does it have the same 300H gears or does it have the 50H gears?

Thanks

Eugene

Honestly, I have not seen a Daiwa Sealine 300HW.  Can you post a picture?

Hope we see a pic because I'm going huh?  Is it a wide version?

The "W" in "HW" stands for "wire line"...hence the stainless spool instead of aluminum.

Since it's for trolling wire line...would expect the same factory gearing of the 300H. Who's to say someone didn't drop in a 50H gear set somewhere along the way...

...YMMV.
