I wasn't really sure where to post this.
I'm suspect someone can move it if belongs elsewhere.
I've looked at buying one of these several times but I haven't pulled the trigger yet.
Pretty little reels.
Here it is in a single 4 page pdf.
I hope someone out there has one of these reels that they can post a picture of.
Thank You

They're pretty well sought after, too, especially as a collector item! They were made in Italy in the mid '60s by Zangi and are high quality. They usually bring in the $150-200 range if they have their box.
Thanks Tommy.
I didn't realize they were made by Zangi.
I found this information on the inventor.
Very interesting Sandbar, thanks for the reference.
You are welcome, Gfish.
Yes, this is super interesting. I've known about the reels for ages, but this is next-level great.
The authors of the Reel News article are highly esteemed. It will be very interesting to read this in depth.
Thanks!
.
You're welcome Robert.
I suppose these reels are different from the Holiday (one "L") reels that were offered by the store of the same name.

Yes they were, completely different.
