I have a Calcutta CT200D. I am curious if there is a micro module gear and pinion gear available to replace the original with. It is an older reel but was just curious. Part numbers are BNT4385 BNT4388.

Nope. Looks like Shimano may have even discontinued the Calcutta D series?
The closest thing I can find with micromodule is a Calcutta Conquest and they use a much larger main gear by having a drop gearbox, whereas the Calcutta D tries to stay as close to round as possible.
