Even though they're ABU Record reels they are basically similar as most Swiss Record reels because at that time Record made them for ABU.

Seems like all the parts there except a thin bent washer on handle under knob. In your tutorial not there. Will see how well it will work
Fixed. Two Record Reels based on Tommy advice. Now need parts for a 500(spool and handle). Have 4-400 just need handles. Lots of extra spools. Both reels fully functional with anti reverse. Note bail differences. One may be an aftermarket modification to make it a PUM type
Also bad knob on one of the reels and fabricated a dowel piece
