Title: OKUMA UNKNOWN MODEL
Post by: kevin cozens on November 14, 2023, 01:05:29 AM
I have got an okuma lever drag reel but like a lot of graphite reels the print has rubbed off over the years.
Can anyone tell me what model this reel is. its not a large reel. its as wide as a credit card long side and slightly smaller diameter. a bit bigger than a penn 535

Looks like an old Okuma BTL 803.
I don't think these have been made in 20-odd years.
Hope that helps, Justin

Basically, looks to be the same as the Penn GLS series to me!

Reel runs fine but the drag needs to be sorted or adjusted. shame about the missing clicker
