Title: Anti - Reverse Bearings
Post by: RWS on March 09, 2012, 10:39:22 PM
I use alot of A/R bearings for Shimano Calcutta 400B part # BNT2925 and Calcutta TE part # Bnt 2949 and Daiwa Luna A/R Bearing part # F55-2703 for the luna 203, 253, and the 300. Does anyone have a source for them here in the USA ??? I think KOYO makes the Daiwa A/R Bearing not sure about Shimano.

Hi. If the bearings do not have an OEM identifier on them, like the German-made INA one way clutches used in quantum, abu, etc, then you'll need to measure them, and check places like VXB, Boca, etc.

The easiest way to measure the bore is to take the OD of the mating sleeve. Then the OD and height of the rest is easy enough.

Maybe we should start a list of A/R bearings similar to Drag and BB lists. :-\

Just talked with Dawn from SmoothDrags and she is going to stock some A/R Bearings, also she got some good prices, give her a call.
