We have a little over 2 weeks until the June 3 day.  Do you know where your gear is?

I'm so jealous you guys are going fishing!!!! I need to get away bad, work is drowning me!!!!!

Pack your small, short heavy jigs if you have them, they've been the hot ticket during the day and night! Do yourself a favor and buy any tungsten jigs you see if you stop by a tackle shop.....

Shorter/fatter have been working. Think Daiwa SK rather than Mustad Rip Roller.

Eddy Bombs were the #1 catcher on my mid May trip but only 1/3  of us used them.

I have a couple Eddie bombs ready and a couple knife jigs ready. Will probably pick up a couple more torpedo sinkers.  Put new braid on the Fathom 40NLD2 and a 50lb flouro topshot.  I'm set on hooks.

Fresh intel off the boats is that most daytime fish are being caught on the dropshot style sinker rig.  Recommend you use 80/100 setups with 3/0-5/0 hooks to fish this rig.
