I have been doing boston butts in the instapot for awhile now.For a change we are trying Brisket takes 20 min/#, this 9lber took 3 hours.I covered it loosely with foil to stay warm in the smoker til the gkids arive.They like buccees sauce,garlic bread,corn on cob,cole slaw& baked beans.Can't wait ! ;)
