Alan, please add me to the wait list for this trip. I've already sent in my deposit for the August trip. Think I'll try to double my fun in 2025.

I zelled her the deposit. She added me yesterday at the PCS show!
perfect, thanks! steve likely will not be able to go, so we still need one more person.
Sssooooo... how was the trip?
winds were brutal. heading south and rounding the corner, it wasn't long before hitting a wall of wind. still got plenty of fish. weight restrictions have gotten worse. your total return weight is #60 pounds. if you come home with 20 pounds of clothes and tackle, then you can only bring home 40 pounds of fish.
Fished with Alan on day three, first yellowtail on the way to a limit for each of us. Dropped fish off to keep fresh, made bait and went to the halibut, White Seabass grounds. It was rough although it seems to be laying down at the time of the picture. White capping and washing machine conditions throughout the morning. Both of us got a white seabass. Stopped long enough to catch a sheephead on iron and some calicos, released.
I hope we get into WSB.
Alan and Warren, thanks for the info. Glad the fishing was good even if the conditions were a little rough.
Lee, I agree, I would love to catch a wsb.
Nice one Warren! - john
30 lbs class white seabass, my first yellowtail of the day, I don't know why we stopped photographing some of the best fish!
Because you were fishing not photoing.
