Title: Shimano Ocea Conquest reassemble question.
Post by: Drisse on August 23, 2024, 10:52:32 PM
Hello!

Anyone here good at the Shimano Ocea Conquest reels? I have a scrapreel thats been laying on the bottom of the ocean. After long time (years) I got some used parts to get the reel complete. The three parts in the upper right corner is what I have left. I know where the biggest plastic part should be, but not how its assembled. The small plastic part should have an obvious place that I have missed 🙄. Can't see it on the schematic either. And then the pin ? Maybe a steering pin somewhere ? The reel should just lay on the shelf as a fun thing, but it would be fun to see if it works 🙂

Could that pin go in the drive shaft under the star with a little spring that makes it click when adjusting the drag like in the Trinidad?  Or maybe in the spool shaft holding the spool bearing. Just a guess

Swami805, thanks. But none of these suggestions.
