I use to bowl regularly & in a league a few times.I was TDY in Syracuse,NY & bowled in a 100 lane alley, largest I ever seen.Back then you paid/game.Friday we took the gkids bowling.Nowadays it's $50/hour,just the 3 children played & got 2 games in.Pizza, wings, pitcher of sprite & another $50 later,a robot brought the food & when we ordered from the lane on the scoreboard monitor there was a tip option ::) I guess for the robot? Businesses make it so convenient to spend money .They had a blast though !
??? ::) ::) Are we going to treat robots as our equal now . Time to play Bocce ball !!
No telling
I suspect there's still a bartender involved
The robot may be less prone to mistakes. It would be easier to stiff a robot on the tip.... at least until they can program in some emotion.
There is a digital readout on the back of the robot displaying the lane it is headed to.It probably shows up to work on time everday, but that depends on a human to make sure its charged if the human shows up...
