Title: Mitchell 410 Schematic?

I have a nice 410 & just peeked in to look at the roller bearings.

There are roller bearings at the crank and also at the pinion.

Thank you Fred,I read an old post mo65 made on the 410 you mentioned the 300c also had roller bearings.My 410 is smooth but it has a different howl than the 300,the sound reminds me of a Didgeridoo ;D

Those roller bearings are easily replaceable.

Trouble is, the typical angler doesn't know how to lube and maintain them properly (except for the guys on our site!).

Or even what a roller bearing is, let alone if it has them or not!

If you need any, just let me know.

They are simple but effective along with a drop of oil.

Yep I put some lucas reel oil on them guys .
