I have an Accurate Boss 665H and need to replace the sideplate to a new Boss Xtreme sideplate as Accurate don't manufacturer the old parts anymore. Has anyone done this before and know exactly which Boss Xtreme sideplate will fit?

I think it's the 600, but accurate will know for sure.

I did it to my 665H. It costs about $300.00
It's a totally new sideplate with the big AR bearing, gear sleeves, gears, handle, bearings
I love my new 600 Boss Magnum Extreme 2 speed!!!!
I use it for night-time speed jigging for these blue-fin tuna out here in California with 100lb color metered
spectra, 600' to 100lb mono, 50' to a 3' 200lb bite leader on a Calstar 770XH
I feel sorry for the fish when I hook 'em!!!! Because I fish really tight drags from the git go!!!

um, hey, so just out of curiosity, what's wrong with the reel? is it the gears?
