Title: Daiwa Saltist 50H Black Brake Block

Hey guys and gals,
Just wondering if anyone has taken out the brake blocks from a Daiwa Saltist. I wanted to see if there will be issues with casting this reel without it. I have Penn and Newell reels and I always like to have the spools spin forever.  I do not have any problems casting those reels.  Let me know. Thanks

It will cast just fine without.
