Does anyone know how to reset a Penn 875 line counter reel after changing the battery and why we keep getting a "E" code when trying to put line on the spool?
hopefully a google search will find something. i've never worked with one of these. :-\

This won't help, but someone on the board helped me do this about a decade ago. As I recall, you actually need a special tool. Have you checked Mystic Parts?
