I have had 2 of these reels the AR quit working soon after I bought.I returned one to Amazon then found one cheap, it did the same thing no receipt, stuck with it. I finally looked into it has an AR spring that fits into a slot on the dog, if the lever is not positioned all the way to the rear when the lever screw is torqued down it comes out of the dog. My love/hate of underspins continues, when they work they're great :fish
