OK guys, we finished sorting, inventorying, boxing, labeling all of the gear. It took 3 of us 20 hours. I made over 60 boxes of reels, Grab bag, Coffee Can, and what I call MOPAR (MISCELLANEOUS ODDBALL PARTS ASSEMBLED AT RANDOM) boxes. Sorry Mopar guys, I couldn't resist. There are also terminal tackle bundles Lee (Keta) assembled.
We will post photos (most will be single photos) so use your judgment and carefully examine the photographs. Due to the volume of items it will not be possible to dig out a particular lot for more photographs. Lee and I are traveling home and it will be back to a 1 man show.
As the pictures are posted no price will be listed. We are asking 60% of retail or Ebay prices. Please make an offer, but remember all proceeds are going to Kehli, Bryan's widow. All proceeds go to Kehli and her 2 kids. All payments will be made directly to Kehli via Zelle or PayPal (info to follow).
Items of note:
1. Penn 9500ss built by Sal for Bryan. A note from Sal is included and verified by all 3 of us.
2. NIB DQ 220N (?)
3. 2 Pro Gear 545
4. A set of Penn 700, 704, and 704 greenies
5. ABU and Millionaire folks won't be disappointed
6. Pfleuger Capitol in pristine condition
7. A set of Mitchell 305 and Penn 712z (with Fred Oakes bags, read into it what you will)
And many more to come. NO DIBS AT THIS TIME please wait for the photos and call out the lot number you would like.
Bill
Thank you guys for doing all of this work. It is heart-warming to see the Ohana in action.
Standing by Bill. That Morpart quote was a good needed chuckle this am.

Two 704 green Penn spinning reels
One 700 green Penn spinning reel
Sorry for the confusion
I am sure there will be more confusion Bill, we went through a lot of gear and someone kept handing me beers.
The guy that got the resin heads picked up a few of my inventoried envelopes and they were not logged as sold. He wrote a check to Keli for almost $1000.
In earlier post, during the sorting, I see that Natch requested Dubsees on a pg545. Maybe send him a pm. He's been upstanding AT member for 15 years !!
I have 3 545's, so I'll give others a chance at them before making any request
Ted
I read an old post Bryan said his favorite spinner was the Penn
4300ss.I know we all handle grief differently & his wife may or may not want to keep some.I suppose this was already discussed,
I certainly would not want the family to have any regrets ?
I just wanted to address it before the list comes out.
If Bryan is like me,they're all his favorites. :fish
There were several Penn SS reels, most in new or like new condition.
The real score would be a large one Sal rebuilt and gifted to Bryan. I am spinner declined (more like spinner retarded/clueless but I am trying to be PC) and do not know the model numbers but it was a 900 something. I would have jumped on it but I have 700? and 900? SS reels (not sure on the actual #s) Sal gifted me setting in a prominent place in my collection.
I handled over 140 individual reels, bundling many, with over 60 lots made. Bryan's long range reels went to Kehli.
I just mentioned the 4300ss from his post stating his fav,
I have enough spinners ::) I am on an Ambassadeur kick now.

Thanks for the thought Ted. I went down to Alan's last week to get some reels spooled (Avet JX Raptor and Tib Cedros 8LD). When we finished we decided to sort some of Bryan's Cache. Wow! What a pile, including some highly desired items, such as quite a few Newell Parts and reels. I opened one box and discovered some Pro Gear reels and parts, including a silver 545 (with clicker!).
When we were finished I paid Alan in cash and he Venmoed it to Kehli.
The reel was missing a bridge screw and the the tip of the eccentric spring was dragging on the yoke. Both fixed now. I'm waiting on a Bryan 7-stack kit and Pro Challenger double dog bridge from Mystic. I intend to put it on a nice old chocolate Sabre 671 and return them to service.

What an appropriate rod for that reel!
