Title: Lews BB-19GS
Post by: BassHawg52 on January 24, 2025, 01:14:59 AM
Does anyone have a good schematic for the Lews BB-19GS? I got the one from this site but looks like part of it is missing, by the crankshaft. I should have took pictures.  I have a silver sleeve and a brass piece trying to find out where the go. Took reel apart cleaned bearings, put it back together not smooth at all slips when I turn handle. See pictures.  Thank you

Bob

Bob the silver sleeve should slide down on top of the drag stack and the brass piece above that after you put the side plate back on.

Maybe this

Edit: I see wherein lies the problem, the two pieces in question are cut off in the schematic. Given that all the parts in that area 30 thru 34 are shown and numbered in sequence and that 35 is a drag washer D, 36 is a collar and 37 is a sleeve then judging by their appearance I would say the brass collar goes on top of drag washer D and the silver sleeve goes on top of that.
