Hey guys, that poor girl is just trying to make a living, don't mock her. They even made her get back in the tank right after, guess that's how they treat laborers in China.  :(

I think her ponytail attracted the fish.  Her head was like a big bucktail jig.  Sturgeon don't usually eat things suspended in the water, but this fish may have been conditioned to it by the artificial feeding routine.
