Hi, by any slim chance does anyone know of a Penn 990 left side plate for sale?

Better jump on that. The only other ones are likely attached to a full compliment of the rest of the reel parts to the right of the plate, and RP is a prince among men.

You can PM me, or email me at rfpauly@aol.com. Both the plate and spool are new and I would like to sell them together for $45 including shipping.

If that works for you, please send me your shipping address.  I can have them on their way on Tuesday. We like to use Zelle, but if you don't, PayPal and Venmo work too.

With the availability of 3D printers, if you have access to one, consider making a ring spacer that fits between the side plate and brass ring to take up the gap between and support the plate screw holes.
