Our SIL won a Blackstone(Charbroil) knockoff in a golf tournament & gave it to my wife for mother's day.I never wanted one until now I see all the things I can do with it.I told them this will cover father's day as well.Charring boston butt without a fire will be a plus.70 screws in this thing took awhile to assemble,just gotta season it before the cooking begins :al
