Title: Pier Fishing-Finally !
Post by: jgp12000 on May 15, 2025, 12:36:02 PM
Well next week I am finally going to try to do some pier fishing. I made a list-cooler w/wheels built in rod holders, chair,Jigmaster 501/Mitchell 402 w/PUM,tackle box, sunblock.I will bring some bungee cords & maybe a rod float to lean the rods on the rail? Fishbites/sand flea flavor & squid or whatever.

Jug of water for rinsing reels. Tape measure. Spare pliers. 3x more lead sinkers than you think you need. Heavier sinkers. Lighter sinkers. Lots of circle hooks. Small container of dish soap to wash your hands after reapplying sunscreen before touching terminal tackle. Bungee cords. And a sense of humor.
