The package arrived today. Everything looks good except for the bail on the microlite. When opened, the line pick up side binds with the rotor and won't allow the bail to close. Any thoughts?

Hi Stan —-
Oftentimes these little Microlites just need an adjustment to the bail arm mount.
Remove the 5mm acorn nut and the lock washer on the bail mount.
Then just barely tweak the flat part of the bail mount in one direction or the other —- using a "smooth-jawed" small pair of pliers, or a small crescent wrench
This should take care of it.
If not, just send it back —- I'll take care of it, and pay for postage both ways —- then return it immediately.
I might have packed the reel too tightly with bubble wrap.
