Spring rolls were a must with Nuoc Cham,I believe ?

What I was about to eat, just like Homer Simpson with a doughnut ;D
Please share any recipes & the name of the spring roll dipping sauce.
I have tried to duplicate it & have done well, but it'just not the same.
I'm not sure in Thai dishes but I think Khao Phat is fry rice just more spicy and I don't know much about Thai spring roll but the word nuoc cham in Vietnamese means dipping sauce and normally is fish sauce mixed with water, sugar, lemon and hot pepper
