I recently purchased a nice Okuma magnatex in great running order and condition. it has just one problem.
Three of the 4 rivets holding the reel foot to the frame have snapped. I have successfully fixed other reels with this same problem in the past.
The original rivets are just 3mm diameter which i consider is a little small for a reel of this size so i will step up to 4mm.
All i need to do is remove the remaining rivet and enlarge the holes to 4mm for the replacement rivets. the rivets cost around £7 for 50 of them. they are also stainless steel. you can get them off ebay or amazon.
