Since Okuma customer service does not answer the phone or return messages, can anyone help me find a handle shaft for my cedros cj55s? It broke on its FIRST outing, not very happy with the reel. Part no is 25030059

I get a different name on the VM each time I call, but has been close to a week and call every other day or so?
I have the spare left handed retrieve shaft, any secret to using that without unscrewing it by reeling against pressure (if that made sense)?
Would you happen to have a contact number or email? Still no answer from Okuma and I only get voicemail when I call.
