leftover stuffing with two poached (or fried) eggs on top slathered in turkey gravy
I make a dryish chunky toasty sourdough stuffing with sage sausage so it works nice
but if you make a wetter stuffing which I like juuuust fine- I crisp that up in skillet first like hash
I'm going to go back to bed now and sleep this off
