Title: Chritmas lights
Post by: Maxed Out on December 16, 2025, 02:19:21 AM
Nothing new about reels for my section, so I figured I'd start a thread for members to post thier christmas lighting/decorations.

Heres my outdoor lighting. Solar charged floodlights from home depot. My floodlights are green, red, and blue, then other colors happen from the floodlights intersecting. Much easier than string lights !! Click on the pic for high definition

Please post your christmas lighting and decor here, and merry christmas to all you fine folks around the globe

Jason, people here are dressing up their Halloween skeletons in Christmas attire. I haven't seen a full skeleton Nativity scene yet, but maybe that's coming.

The colored succulents are pretty cool Ted .

There's just something about colored lights since from when I was a little kid, that I love. And December/January is the time of year.

I always liked colored lights better too Greggor,I miss the tinsel icicles & garland, but it did make a mess.Big bulbs & cords got hot
Mixed with a real tree pine sap smell just ready to flame up...toys in the 60s were the best ,no videos games or cell phones
yet & the unlimited imagination made the toys better.

Beautiful. I haven't put up a thing marking Christmas in 5 years now. I send gifts to my kids and there is no other notice that Xmas either came or went. None of my neighbors do Xmas either.

Looks like rain is due for Xmas.

I loved Christmas as a kid even though we weren't well off.

Never too late to put up a string or two. Sounds like you could half #### it and still the best on your block. Might spark something. You never know.

I go above and beyond because it makes kids happy. Even kids who aren't well off (not that I'm rolling in it) get some cheer when they drive by and see them.

Yep. Even the simple old-fashioned multi-colored lights on a tree give me that feeling.

My Dad used to drive us around to many different neighborhoods to see the lights/decorations about 3 days before Christmas.
