Arrived Sun Feb 1. Went to a friends on Mon the 2nd to fish lake Placid Tues and Wed. We got 20 Large mouth on Tues and 30 on Wed. Catching got better as it warmed. Rich got this 9lb 5oz Wed am. I have my kayak with me and hope to spend time looking for snook, mangrove snapper, maybe a Tarpon, and LM bass of course. My strength is trolling the great lakes but will try to expand my skill set here.

Moving on from Lg Mouth. Fished out of Venice yesterday with some friends. Grouper first, then moved on to snapper and a couple grunts. Long day on the water!
