Title: Seeking instructions / manual
Post by: DonMiller on February 17, 2026, 03:08:47 PM
Seeking operating instructions / manual for Ryobi AD80 Super Protarget electric fishing reel. I have one that is in good condition and was gifted to me. Need manual to learn how to operate. Japanese or English will do. Thanks in advance fellow fishing buddies. BTW I have searched extensively on internet to include Ebay asking for people that have this reel for sale to purchase a copy of manual. So far, zero replies.

See you are relatively new to the AT site.  Greetings, from Minnesota USA.  Hope Joe's info helped you.

That should be the page for Ryobi AD80 Super Protarget fishing reel

   https://www.2instructions.com/      is the home page

Did you actually manage to download the manual from there? It looks like a scam site.
Considering I searched on it for "Ryobi Doesntexist Fakereel" and it claimed to find results.

Edit: Surprise surprise, I clicked "download" and it asked for 30 Euros as a fee....

Roger that  :d . Sadly the internet is littered with, shall we say, sites that are less useful than AT .
