Saturday it rained all day I had some crappie thawed out so I cooked on the back porch. BPS beer battered crappie with
butterfly shrimp & coleslaw. Normally cheese grits are in the mix. Canned tomatoes are a good side with fish fries
as well goes good with the coleslaw. Pictures don't do it justice, this is some good eatin'.

I'm sure it went well with that "Cajun Inspired Sauce That Will Make Any Po Boy Feel Like A Rich Boy". It's Duke's too.
