I bought my first electric Rachet nearly 17 years back
A Skil 7v , it still works but lacks power.
I saw this at the store many months back , the 200 lb-ft torque rating caught my eye.
It is on sale and I had to pick it up
Should come in handy to tighten those side plate screws 8)
Those are excellent for automotive work, Shibs —-
I have the Ridgid's in 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", and (2) 1/4" impact drivers.
Then, the big boy 1/2" impact with 900 ft lbs of fastening, and 1300 ft lbs of breaking torque.
Can't beat em when they are on sale. Lifetime tools.
I also use them when working on equipment or assembling equipment.
Quick, efficient, and safe.
I still use torque wrenches or my experienced "feel" for the final tightening. The impacts just save so much time and effort before wrenching to tighten or to break loose bolts and nuts.
Good purchase!
Best, Fred
