Hi every one, I have the above reel, its a Shimarno closed face reel, 102 plus, iit seems to be working okay, apart from the drag being very heavy, I have tried several ways to adjust it, but stays tight, and I dont have any schematic of it, cheers Don.

Keep forgetting to add the picture.
Unknown how to get a schematic. Shouldn't be hard to disassemble...

Thanks Greg, and Fred, I found a 30 minute you tube of how to service it.

that may help some one, the drag has a delrin wash also a fibre washer, If I have any trouble removing the fibre washer, then I will cut a carbon fibre washer. thanks again for your comments & help, cheers Don.
