Just read on their website Mark, owner of Charkbait, passed away from pancreatic cancer.

Sad that owner didn't have more time to enjoy retirement.

One of my go to tackle stores. Hope they continue to be successful/viable.

That's sad. He always responded to me quickly when I questions about things. My first hotrods were Accurate 113, 114 Squidder frames from him. RIP, sir.

First class shop that was dangerously close to my office in Huntington Beach.  Mark and his staff always first rate helpful and friendly. - john
