Title: where can I get a gold Penn International clamp?

I have seen them on other's reels, but do not see them for sale on mysticparts.com, ebay, or charkbait. Charkbait has something similar, but not the same. I am looking for the solid gold clamps like the reel in the bottom right of this picture.  Who makes these?
