guys need some input on these 2 reels before my friend ships them to me. for sure some carbontex or HT-100 washers, what other upgrade parts are available for these 2? thanks, tight lines....

The pro gear should already have CF drags.  That's about the only upgrade if the reels do not have CF drags.

Penn 112H, you upgrade using a SS Newell gear set, CF drags, SS Gear Sleeve, and SS Dogs (I think Lee is working on these).

Of course, I'm only talking about the inner parts.

Handles, arms, etc. are also available.

G'day Mel,
A roller bearing won't work in this instance, for a number of reasons (nice idea though ;)).
The drag washers in the 112H are the same as the Jigmaster, ie #6-500 or #6-309.
They're 10.76 x 24.59 x 0.93.
Dawn has 'em listed as Penn 500/Newell (set of four) for $10.
