here is the best batter ingredients i have come across.
1 tablespoon of baking powder
2 cups of bakers flour.
water,beer,flat lemonade, or whatever you chose.
HMMMM...beer...and a little corn meal....got some sanddabs in the freezer.....might do a fish fry this weekend...:-)
