ANyone know which washer is a drop-in to go under sleeve to eliminate play? And where can I get these?

If I read this correctly you are trying to reduce in and out play of the gear sleeve. If so there is not a specific washer size. Tolerances on the post and gear sleeves vary so you will have to try different washers to eliminate play and still allow you to put the pin in the sleeve. HTH Bob
