Does anyone know if any Newell guts will work in Penn reels? For instance, I know that a Pro Gear bridge will fit JigMasters and 113Hs. Is their any cross polinating available for Newells?

I do know a 506 Jigmaster Main gear & pinion fit in a Newell with a little ajustment. Maybe a Yoke from Dawn. The reel was very quiet with the Brass Gears.

most parts will not. only the gears work.
