the shop, scott's bait and tackle, is down but mysticparts.com is still up and running. they were shipping parts 4 days after hurricaine sandy. if you need parts for penn fishing reels, go to https://www.mysticparts.com/PennParts/Home.aspx and order on line. thanks! alan
