Title: Sealine x20 SHA clutch lever?
Post by: Kayaker on January 25, 2013, 12:04:10 AM
I re-built my x20 SHA, and for some reason the clutch lever sticks, and is hard to go from ON to OFF, I have to use a lot of force.  It goes back from OFF to ON normal though. I have taken it apart several times trying to see if I did something wrong but cant figure it out.

Any thoughts?  Thanks!

Looks like the clutch PLT. Key 28 needed to be lubed.  (although it wasnt lubed when I opened reel).  I am working on two other sealine 30s same deal,  anyone else experience this?

No it's about 6 years old.  Seems to be working with marine grade grease.
