Title: Tor 50 tiedowns.
Post by: shearb on March 01, 2013, 11:12:12 PM
Looking to keep my TOR50's out of the water and secure them. They don't come with "eyes" to secure them to the ground. How do you guys protect your investment with reels that dont have "clamps"? I surf fish 100+ uluas w/ a 13' rod. This is the closest thing I can find, anywhere! I dont know if it will work though, being it might be to small? It's also a little pricey for one! Anyone got anything else?

the graphite penn clamps have a ring hook.  that might work.

Brian's on Oahu that has something that is a reel clamp and a spring loaded device that the safety line connects to. I'm trying to get a picture of it.
