Title: Diawa Lexa 300 need parts (missing roller bearing and dog)
Post by: stevennc on March 30, 2013, 06:34:38 PM
Bought a lexa at the swap meet that had no anti- reverse. Opened it up to see there is no anti reverse roller bearing or dog. I cant find any info for parts online. What should I do?

I would send it into Daiwa. They will charge $15/reel for service plus parts. Then when you get it back, go ahead and supe it up. This way, you can be sure that all missing parts are replaced.

I've done this with sets of reels that were very dirty and salty. Them them come back clean and that's when I do my magic. :)
