Has any tried this knot that looks like a modified albright knot.

tried it and it's an excellent knot but switch to the sebile knot because it passes through the guides better.

That is the knot I use exclusively for connecting braid to mono. I always called it a modified Albright as you mentioned. Good video you found.

I use to tie this knot, but switch to tony penya knot. Its pretty much the same but TP know goes through the guides better.

Great video.  It might be a little bulkier than the T.P. knot, but I feel its easier to tie because you don't need to pull in three directions.
