Title: accu plates, t4w topless, cn broadbill spool = ?

Anyone have this?  Any experience?  Only problem is cannot thumb spool lip.. 8)

it looks like it would be really easy for line to get caught inbetween the lip of the spool and the frame.  is there much of a gap?

I can't demonstrate it with pics but the lip is recessed and the gap is pretty tight, prob safe for 30 mono and up, that may be conservative.

Plan to test it with 60 or 80 mono.

yup.  the accuplates are on the lip inside each side of the new tiburon frames.  There is a comfortable bit of shaft play, but no knocking on the pinion in free spool, and no sound from spool to bridge clearance.
