Title: Rod Lightning (TM)
Post by: j28 on May 06, 2013, 11:35:52 PM
Has anyone used this stuff? I Just ordered some from E-bay. I thought I would use for reels and drag. The ad claims that it's fully synthetic based, contains sub-micronized PTFE (teflon), goes on clear, environmentally and food safe with an H1 classification, has an NGLI rating of #2, safe for all rubber and plastics, saltwater resistant, and has an operating temperature range from -50F to +500F. I got a one oz Jar for under $7.00 incl. shipping. Tried google but could not find anything on it. I like that it's supposed to be clear and odorless. Was wondering if it would be ok to use on drags.
