hi all...
My name is Jeto, from Manila, Philippines...
Started fishing a year ago...
After buying a lot of reels, now i'm here....
After more than two weeks of reading, I finally had the courage to open up my reels...
I have started with the simple ones (basspro shop tiny lite) and have now cleaned-up my abus, shimano and daiwa...
Hoping to progress to baitcasters (I have 3)
Thanks to this site...
;D
aloha jeto, thank you for joining us here at alans place
Welcome Jeto. If you have any problems there is someone here that can probably help. Bob
Hello Jeto. Welcome.
Thanks for the welcome...
I guess its the natural progression of this addictive hobby... :D
don't tell your friends, or they will be bringing reels to you to fix.

Mel,
i mostly do inshore and pond fishing...Siargao is really a good place to fish but cost a lot just to get there...hehehe.
the nearest would be in laiya, batangas...dorado and tuna and sometimes marlin can be found, but its not as big as in siargao.
hot spot fishing now is Batanes and cagayan. on a good day, your minimum catch is 30+ kilos...sailfish, tuna...
ok pare! will give you a shoutwhen i'm in the PI...sige na! ;)
kumusta ka pare.
Aloha.
Welcome.
