Stumbled upon this webb site www.robertmarketplace.com then go to Metals & Materials then to Carbon fiber the 1mm looks like our drag washers what do you think?.

Those may be empregnated like the ones used for car bodies.

Those aren't the same as drag washers. They are structural sheets.
