Title: Penn Jigmaster 500S
Post by: Jerseyhookerrich on June 16, 2013, 09:31:54 PM
I have a jigmaster here that  the left side comes off  with the thumb screw .....    if you loosen the spool tension knob  the spool hits the frame  I tried another spool  any suggestions .....    my customer feels  that there is too much tension on the spool with it turned in a little to quiet it up and to where there is zero left to right spool movement ......

Thanks  Rich

I have the same problem with a aluminum spool. For me, only the SS spool works.
